Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data AzenHub collects, what we do with it, and who else gets to see it. We wrote it in plain English because nobody wants to read 40 pages of legalese for a calculator website.

1. What We Don't Collect

The numbers you type into our calculators never leave your device. When you calculate an aspect ratio or convert pixels to rems, that math happens in your browser using JavaScript. We never see those numbers. We never store them. If you close the tab, they're gone.

We also don't require accounts, email sign-ups, or phone numbers. You can use every tool on the site anonymously.

2. What We Do Collect

When you load any page on AzenHub, a few things happen automatically:

• Your IP address — visible to our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and ad partners to route traffic and detect abuse.
• Browser and device info — user agent, screen size, language preference. Standard stuff every website logs.
• Referrer URL — which site or search engine sent you to us.
• Cookies — see our Cookie Policy for the full list.

3. Advertising (Google AdSense)

AzenHub displays ads served by Google AdSense. Google uses cookies to show ads based on your prior visits to our site and other sites on the internet. These ads help us pay for hosting and keep the tools free.

Google and its partners may collect data about your visits to show you ads about goods and services of interest to you. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.

4. Analytics

We may use analytics tools like Google Analytics or Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand which tools get used most, which countries our visitors come from, and how people navigate the site. This data is aggregated — we see "4,000 people used the aspect ratio calculator today," not "John Smith from Ohio calculated 16:9 at 3pm."

You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

5. Third-Party Services

AzenHub loads resources from these third-party providers, each with their own privacy policies:

• Google — AdSense (ad serving) and Analytics (site traffic)
• Cloudflare — Hosting and CDN

All images, fonts, and static assets are now self-hosted on our own servers. When you load a page, your browser connects directly to these services for ads and analytics. They may see your IP address and set their own cookies, even if you haven't clicked anything.

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you have rights over your personal data:

• EU/UK (GDPR): Right to access, correct, delete, or export your data. Right to withdraw consent.
• California (CCPA): Right to know what data is collected, delete it, and opt out of its sale. (We don't sell data.)
• Everyone: Right to reject non-essential cookies via our consent banner.

7. Data Retention

We don't keep personal data longer than we need it. Server logs with IP addresses typically rotate every 30 days. Analytics data is retained for 14 months. Cookie consent preferences stay in your browser for 1 year or until you clear them.

8. Children's Privacy

AzenHub is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We'll update this policy when laws change or our practices do. The "Last Updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. For significant changes, we'll try to provide a more visible notice on the site.
